Terms and conditions - AstonGreens will provide Fazaa card holders with a minimum 15% discount on AstonGreens’ own professional service fees (engineering, DEWA application support, installation labour, and O&M services). This discount does not apply to third‑party equipment costs such as modules, inverters, structures, cables, or any materials supplied by others. - All offers are subject to site survey, technical feasibility, and client credit approval, and are valid only for projects located within the UAE where AstonGreens is legally permitted to operate under its commercial license and any required authority approvals. - The Fazaa offer is valid for one contractual year from the Start Date stated in the agreement. AstonGreens reserves the right to review and adjust its commercial pricing for new projects after this period, while honouring any signed contracts and confirmed quotations issued within the validity period. - Participation in the Fazaa program is non‑exclusive. AstonGreens may participate in other loyalty programs or offer separate promotions, provided that Fazaa card holders receive terms that are not less favourable than any public offers for similar services during the same period. - Any discounts or offers under this agreement relate only to pricing. AstonGreens obligations, warranties, and liability towards end‑clients remain governed by its individual project contracts, and Fazaa is not a party to those contracts nor responsible for project performance or payments. - In case of changes in applicable laws, regulations, or significant market conditions (such as major increases in equipment costs), AstonGreens reserves the right to request a joint review of the discount structure with Fazaa, provided that written notice is given and all ongoing confirmed offers to customers are honoured. - AstonGreens will provide Fazaa card holders with a minimum 15% discount on AstonGreens own professional service fees (engineering, DEWA application support, installation labour, and O&M services). This discount does not apply to: (i) third‑party equipment costs such as modules, inverters, structures, cables, or any materials supplied by others; and (ii) DEWA’s own government and connection fees, which shall be borne by the client at cost, strictly in accordance with DEWA’s official fee schedule and invoices. Preferential O&M pricing for Fazaa card holders applies only to multi‑year O&M contracts on commissioned systems, and the exact scope of services, service levels and pricing will be defined and agreed in a separate project‑specific O&M agreement between AstonGreens and the client.
