In any case client calls in 3rd party, warranty is considered invalid from Big Elephant. • It is assumed that Big Elephant Crew will have free and easy access to all electrical, plumbing systems or AC without needing excavation or rectification. • Any services provided are conditional on the granting of suitable access rights to Big Elephant Maintenance staff. • As bookings are agreed between a customer and BIG ELEPHANT LLC, all transactions are final and BIG ELEPHANT L.L.C is not responsible for refund. • Advance payments at some cases to procure materials are required prior to Big Elephant rendering the service.
