Discount Structure - A fixed percentage discount of 15% will be offered on eligible items. - Discount applies only to regular-priced products. - Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, bundle deals, vouchers, or loyalty points. 3. In-Store Redemption Rules - Fazaa discount must be requested before payment is processed. - A valid Fazaa card must be presented at the cashier. - Each transaction is eligible for the discount once, no split bills or multiple discounts. 4. Returns & Exchanges - Items purchased using the Fazaa discount are subject to ODORA’s standard return and exchange policy. - Refunds will be made based on the discounted amount paid, not the original price. 5. Misuse & Fraud • Fake, expired, or misused Fazaa cards will not be accepted. • ODORA reserves the right to deny the discount if misuse or non-compliance is suspected. 6. Program Modifications - ODORA reserves the right to: - Add/remove eligible products - Update the terms & conditions - Suspend or discontinue the Fazaa partnership - Any changes will be communicated in-store or through official ODORA channels. 7.
