The discount is applicable on the Best Available Rate (base room rate).  Discount is not applicable on the taxes & fees (currently, 10% service  charge, 10% municipal fee and 5% VAT, - subject to change). The above discount is subject to availability at the time of booking. Guests must present the Fazaa card upon check-in to avail the special  rate. Fazaa card holders are also eligible for 20% on selected spa treatments  at the Shine spa. To avail the discount, the guest must inform the spa  when making the booking, that he / she is holding a Fazaa card. The  card needs to be presented prior to the appointment at the spa  reception to apply the discount. Reservations may be made via email  Spa.Sharjah@sheraton.com, or by calling the resort at +971 6 563 0000. Reservations must be guaranteed by a method of payment at the time of  booking. Check-in time is 15:00 and Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Reservations may be cancelled 24h before day of arrival without penalty.  Different cancellation terms may apply during certain times of the year  and these will be communicated to you in advance.  For cancellations made after the cancellation period, guest will be  charged a one-night stay, this also applies to “No-Shows”. At the time of booking local hotel terms & conditions will apply. Travelers may be asked to supply proof of identity upon check-in, in  order to receive the negotiated discount. BILLING PROCEDURES: All guestroom charges including room and tax and/or incidentals will be  the responsibility of the individual traveler. If a traveler does not have a  credit card, a cash deposit will be required upon check-in at the front  desk.
