Terms and Conditions: - **Membership**: Courses are valid for one month. No extensions or grace periods will be provided In any circumstances. - **Course Validity**: The course is valid for one month, with a 15-day grace period for medical or social issues, applicable only to class packages. - **Absence Notification**: For absences, send a WhatsApp message to the call center for a written record. - **Missed Classes**: To make up missed classes, provide written proof via WhatsApp. - **Punctuality**: Please be on time. Late arrivals will not have extended class time. - **Health Issues**: Inform the coach of any health conditions before admission. We are not responsible for undisclosed health issues. - **Time Changes**: Requests for time changes can only be made through the call center. Note that membership days and times cannot be changed. - **Fees**: Fees are non-refundable. - **Course/Membership Freeze**: Courses or memberships can only be frozen during summer (July and August) or school vacation periods (spring and winter). - **Class Duration**: Each class is 45 minutes long for beginner and adult levels. - **Poolside Policy**: Parents must remain in the pool area during class unless the coach is informed otherwise. - **Personal Belongings**: We are not responsible for any lost personal items. - **Lesson Start**: Once the child enters the pool and the lesson begins, the class duration is counted from that moment. - **Absence Reporting**: For absences or vacations, notify via WhatsApp to the call center only; informing coaches is not required - Once the course begins, students will attend only on their designated days, and any time changes will only be possible after the course concludes.or having extension can take extra days.
