Any reservation not cancelled within the notice period will incur a cancellation or no-show fee equal to one-night charge including all applicable taxes. Peak period cancellations (Exhibition, Fair dates and public holidays) within 7 days will be charged for the first one-night charge including all applicable taxes. • NO-SHOWS A one-night charge including municipality fee and service charge of each guaranteed room shall be imposed for no-shows/non-arrivals.
