Terms and conditions - Discount applies only to direct Fazaa cardholders. - The Fazaa cardholder must work directly with one of our in-house Relationship Managers and must not involve a third-party agent who requests a commission from Vantage Developments. - The Fazaa cardholder may refer non-Fazaa cardholders, who would receive a 2% discount. In the case of a referral, the Fazaa cardholder would receive an additional 1% discount on their own unit for every unit that the referred party purchases, up to a maximum of 5% of additional discounts (on top of the 4%) - The discount applies to the current offering price of the units, which is subject to change. The discount does not apply to any prices advertised by third-party agents or on portals; it applies only to the current prices offered directly by Vantage Developments. Vantage will ensure that the price offered to the Fazaa cardholder is the most competitive on the market. - Fazaa members’ eligibility for mortgage pre-approval shall be accessed exclusively by Huspy.
