Terms and conditions  This agreement is made on 17.08.2024, by and between Wood Wizards Child Skill Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Wood Wizards," and Fazaa, hereafter referred to as "Participants." This agreement is valid for the duration of the services offered by Wood Wizards.  Service Description Wood Wizards will offer individual sessions, group sessions, and family sessions from the dates specified above. Services provided include hands-on woodworking sessions aimed at developing children's skills in a safe and educational environment. Discount Redemption - Discounts are valid only for the services and sessions specified. - Fazaa card must be presented at the time of redemption. Expired discounts will not be accepted. - Redemption is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. - The offers are not valid in conjunction with any other deals or promotions. Booking and Cancellation - Participants can book their sessions based on availability. - Cancellation must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session. - Wood Wizards reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, providing as much notice as possible to participants. Participant Requirements - Workshops are designed for children aged 5 and above. - Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Wood Wizards staff. Health and Safety - Wood Wizards is committed to maintaining a safe environment. All tools and materials used are child-friendly and safe. - Participants must disclose any allergies or medical conditions prior to attending the workshop. - Wood Wizards reserves the right to refuse participation to any child who poses a risk to themselves or others. Payment and Commission - Payments for services must be made at the time of booking. - A discount of 15% is provided to Fazaa Card Holders on the specified services. Marketing and Promotion - Wood Wizards may use the name, logo, and service descriptions for promotional purposes. - Any additional marketing initiatives involving Wood Wizards must be approved by Wood Wizards in advance. Liability - Wood Wizards will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the workshops, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. - Participants agree to indemnify and hold Wood Wizards harmless from any claims arising out of participation in the workshops. Termination - This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 7 days' written notice. - In the event of termination, all outstanding obligations up to the termination date must be settled. Governing Law - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. - Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates. Miscellaneous - This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind. - Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
